Hi I'm Nirosha, the Head of Marketing at HowNow đ Iâm looking for a Content Marketing Creator to join us.Â

At HowNow, weâre on a mission to revolutionise learning. And to do that, we need a content marketing superstar - someone who can turn big ideas into bold content that cuts through the noise. As our Content Marketing Creator, youâll own content across social media, newsletters, PR, podcasts, webinars, and beyond. Youâll work closely with our CEO on the L&D Disrupt podcast, helping create the kind of content that industry leaders actually want to consume.
This isnât just another content marketing role. What Youâll Be Doing
đ˘ Building a Brand People Talk About:
- Create sharp, engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and beyond - content that doesnât just exist, but performs.
- Spot industry trends before theyâre trends, and craft stories that position HowNow as a thought leader.
- Report on key industry events and distill insights into high-impact content.
đ Owning the Podcast & Webinars:
- Work side-by-side with the CEO to develop engaging content for the L&D Disrupt podcast - from scripting and research to creating must-click promotional content.
- Lead the planning and execution of high-impact webinars that drive real engagement, not just attendance.
đ Crafting Content People Actually Want to Read:
- Write punchy, high-value newsletters that subscribers genuinely look forward to opening.
- Develop PR content and bylined articles that get HowNow in front of the right people.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to create thought leadership pieces and reports that shape the industry conversation.
đ Shaping the Content Strategy & Growth Engine:
- Work with the marketing team to build and execute a content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and demand.
- Repurpose and amplify high-performing content across multiple formats and platforms to maximise reach.
đ Tools Youâll Be Using:
- Webflow (CMS) for content management.
- HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM.
- LinkedIn for social media and thought leadership.
- Luma for event management and promotion.
- Canva for quick-turnaround design and branded visuals.
- Subly for video subtitles and content accessibility.
What Youâll Need to Be a Game-Changer
Must-Haves:
đĽ 3-4 years of content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or EdTech.
âď¸ A clear, persuasive and engaging writing style - you can distill complex ideas into compelling, digestible content.
đ˘ A strategic mindset - you understand the âwhyâ behind content, not just the âwhat.â
đ Podcast & video content experience - you know how to create, promote, and repurpose long-form content.
đ Social media fluency - you know how to craft posts that start conversations, not just fill feeds.
đ¤ Collaboration skills - you thrive in a fast-moving environment and can work across teams.
⥠A go-getter attitude - youâre ambitious, proactive, and ready to take the next big step in your career.
Nice-to-Haves:
đŹ Video editing or content production skills.
đ SEO expertise to optimise content performance.
đ° PR or media experience to land coverage.
What youâll get:
đ° Our salaries are calculated using a SaaS benchmarking tool called (Figures). The salary band for this role is $40,000-ÂŁ45,000 per annum. Youâll also receive a 10% performance based bonus on top.
đĄ Hybrid working (2x a week in our London office, Wednesdays and Thursdays) and flexible working hours
đ Work From Anywhere, for up to two weeks per quarter, which you can read about here
đ Wind-down Fridays. No meetings from 2pm onwards on Fridays, for you to wind down for the weekend. Our HowNowâers use this time to exercise, study, or spend some time with their family and friends, which you can read about here
