Hey, I'm Chris đđœ the Head of Sales at HowNow. We're looking for a commercially minded, self-motivated, creative individual that is brimming with ideas! As our sole Senior AM, you'll bring new ways to drive revenue with our incredible customer base (read more about them here), as we strive to demonstrate more value from our Skills and Learning platform.Â
We've just launched a range of market-leading AI features, such as our AI Skills-Mapping and AI Pathways which feature in our new Pro+ package, so as-well as managing renewals and expanding revenue through new licenses, there's the opportunity to up-sell through HowNow+ and amazing new features. Day-to-day tasks will include đ©
Youâll establish a scalable, predictable and transparent approach to manage and forecast customer growthÂ
Youâll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of all commercial relationships with customers, ensuring all renewals, expansions and contract negotiations are dealt with efficiently & effectively.
Youâll demonstrate,, pitch and closing new sales opportunities with the existing customer base, managing a transparent and efficient sales process, fully managed and tracked within our CRM (HubSpot)
Youâll partner with our Customer Success team, to provide a world class customer experienceÂ
Youâll create a clear business plan for every customer, showing a real appreciation and understanding of each organisation, their challenges, opportunities and how HowNow can support theme during 2023 and beyond.Â
Deliver an excellent story, inspiring our customers through your natural ability to help them connect and envisage how we will have a positive impact on their personal goals & objectives.
Youâll collaborate with customer & product marketing on campaigns, nurturing strategies and resources that inspire customers to want to learn moreâŠ
Youâll network and build influence on Social Networks and Forums
Youâll be focused on understanding the customerâs needs and pain points.
The key things that we will be looking for in applicants đ
You have a proven history of delivering results for a SaaS organisation in an AM role selling HR/L&DTech.Â
You have the credibility to lead a department as an individual contributor, owning and implementing new AM processes.Â
You've had experience with mid-market/Enterprise deals before
You find the feeling of delivering a successful pitch addictive. Whilst this is an Account Management role, you still love the thrill of the sale, and closing new business
You learn fast - about the product, prospects, frequent objections, your strengths, your weaknesses.
You can tell incredible stories and inspire others to take action.
You take responsibility for your results and look for ways to improve them.
You love data and its ability to help you to prioritize, plan and learn.
You're organized, proficient in using a CRM (HubSpot), methodical and have a knack for creating compelling business cases for customers.
