Hi I'm Gloria the Content Partnerships Manager at HowNow đđŸ Iâm looking for an Learning Content Specialist to join us.
As a Learning and Content Specialist, you'll be our very own internal learning content expert. Whether it's answering a question from Sales to help us sell HowNow+, or knowing where the current gaps are in our learning catalogue, you'll be the go-to person.Â

Day-to-day tasks will include đ©
- Youâll fully understand the HowNow+ offering, content modalities and content providerâs USPâs
- Youâll provide HowNow+ recommendations to support Sales and Customer Success team with prospects and customers
- Youâll be able to map content by gaps, areas covered, localisation, type
- Youâll be able to lead content discovery sessions, finding out customer needs by asking the right questions
- Youâll create new ways and strategies to increase content engagement among customers/ learners
- Youâll manage specific content partnership accounts, ensuring they maximise their content on our platform and they have a beneficial partnership with usÂ
- You'll collaborate with content partners in plans and strategies that will benefit both parties, for example marketing activities
- You'll work with our Product and Tech team to make recommendations for our free content libraryÂ
 The key things that we will be looking for in applicants đ
- You You have a solid understanding of the Learning and Development ecosystem
- You are up to date with learning trends
- You have some previous experience with learning content, this could be courses, videos, programs, pathways, etc.
- You are comfortable being customer facing with fantastic presentation and demonstration skills
- You are great at finding solutions to make processes more efficient
- You are comfortable managing admin tasks that require a high attention to detail
